- Invite Friends
Contact your friends and family and organize your “party-in-a-party”. Tables seat 8 so if you want to sit together choose a table and let everyone in your group know which table to target when they register. Seats are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. - Buy Event Ticket (scroll to bottom of this page)
NOTE: Guest must be 16+. Tickets are non-refundable. No exceptions. Tickets may be transferred to another person by contacting our office at ha.elegantoccasions@gmail.com and providing written verification that you wish to transfer your ticket to another person. You will need to provide name, email, and phone number of the new ticket holder. All tickets will be held at “WILL CALL”. - Make Hotel Reservation
Make your hotel reservation by contacting the Fairfield Marriott directly (805) 327-2000. You must purchase an event ticket to qualify for special group pricing. Mention Rate Code TEC for discount room rate of $149 per night (while room block lasts).

Pick A Table
Each table has 6-8 seats. When you click on a table, you will be able to see how many seats are open. If you are coordinating a group, please let your friends know WHICH TABLE to select when they register. Seats are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot hold individual seats at a table.

- Tickets are non-refundable.
- All guests will need to show a valid ID at WILL CALL.
- No outside food or drinks permitted.
- This is a “dress-up” affair. Please dress accordingly.
